Our sessions offer support in gaining understanding of your unconscious self through conscious awareness. We work together to explore how you can architect a life that aligns with your true self, integrating resources from multiple psychological domains with real-life applications.

As you engage in this therapeutic process, you’ll have the opportunity to revise your understanding of the world and your responses to it. The goal is to empower you with the tools needed to navigate life’s challenges and transitions, helping you explore how to move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life.

You've done the work. You've read the books, attended the sessions, tried the approaches. And yet something remains - a pattern you name but cannot shift, a gap between knowing and being that no amount of understanding seems to close.
This book was written for you.
Drawing on 25 years of clinical practice,
When The Story Runs The Room explains why insight alone doesn't produce change - and what actually does.
It is not a self-help book. It is a clinical framework, written in plain language, that finally makes sense of why you are where you are.
Psycho-education is the map. Therapy is the journey. A book can show you where you are. Only the therapeutic relationship can walk you through the territory.
